The 25th Annual Richmond Tattoo & Arts Festival
September 29th – October 1st, 2017

Jesse Smith of Loose Screw Tattoo (located in Richmond, VA) has teamed up with Kenny Brown co-owner of Jack Brown’s Tattoo Revival (located in Fredericksburg, VA) to revive one of the oldest tattoo conventions in the world. This year marks the 25th annual Richmond Tattoo and Arts Festival taking place September 29th through October 1st, 2017. This event will be showcasing over 150 local and internationally known tattoo artists, including 14 celebrity artists from Spike’s TV series Ink Master, Ink Master Angels, Tattoo Nightmares Miami and VH1’s Black Ink Crew . (Tatu Baby, Duffy Fortner, Chris Blinston, Christian Buckingham, Jessy Knuckles, Kelly Doty, James Vaughn, St. Marq, Big Ceeze, Sketchy Lawyer, Carlos Rojas, Lalo Yunda, Melody Mitchell and High Noon)  Jesse Smith himself was also a contestant on season 2 as well as season 7 of the extremely popular tattoo reality show Ink Master on Spike TV which was distributed internationally.

Attendees can expect Live Tattooing, Art and music, a beard and mustache competition, a pin up competition, Burlesque performances, family friendly Sunday with kids competing for best tattoo. Plus fire performances, international mural “street” artists as well as local Richmond, VA artists with 30+ vendors selling artisanal products .  And food trucks!
